Vinification Martinotti, method slow for six months.
Brilliant bright straw-yellow. Thin, fine and persistent perlage. Intense and fragrant flavour with hints of flowers, fruit mineral notes and hints of bread crusts. Excellent with shellfish, raw fish and seafood in general. Every meal.
